Es preciso recordar que nuestra Carta Magna ratifica el carácter pluricultural de nuestra nación, con lo cual se reconoce la lengua, los conocimientos y las tradiciones de la cultura e identidad de los pueblos originarios de nuestras tierras como elementos enriquecedores del mosaico que integra la sociedad mexicana.
