Hans Jakob Graf (1764-1832) was born in Rebstein, Switzerland to Hans Jakob Graf (1732-1755) and Elizabetha Graf (b. 1734). In 1784 he married Barbara Halter (1766-1822), who was the daughter of David Halter (1744-1768) and Barbara Schmidheimy (1739-1815). They became the parents of eleven children. Two of their descendants joined the LDS Church and immigrated to America. They settled in Santa Clara in southern Utah. Descendants live in Utah and other parts of the United States.
