Den 20/9 2008 frågade jag i en dröm, (den för mig helt nya frågan): Hur ska jag få tag på de himmelska strategierna och taktikerna för att kunna nå hela svenska folket med evangelium? När jag direkt efteråt vaknade, förstod jag att denna dröm och fråga måste Gud ha inspirerat, så jag frågade Honom samma fråga igen i vaket tillstånd. Han svarade direkt med att visa mig Winston Churchills böcker: ANDRA VÄRLDSKRIGET. Efter att har läst dessa 6 tegelstenar, på sammanlagt 2 miljoner ord (!), har jag i denna bok sammanställt alla de tankar som kom till mig då jag under bön läste dessa Nobelprisbelönta böcker. Resultatet är med andra ord svaret på min fråga hur jag skulle få tag på de himmelska strategierna och taktikerna för att kunna nå hela svenska folket med evangelium! Sammanfattningsvis kan man säga att de militära strategier och taktiker som visade sig framgångsrika under Andra Världskriget, också är det i det andliga kriget!

Biodiversity observation systems are almost everywhere inadequate to meet local, national and international (treaty) obligations. As a result of alarmingly rapid declines in biodiversity in the modern era, there is a strong, worldwide desire to upgrade our monitoring systems, but little clarity on what is actually needed and how it can be assembled from the elements which are already present. This book intends to provide practical guidance to broadly-defined biodiversity observation networks at all scales, but predominantly the national scale and higher. This is a practical how-to book with substantial policy relevance. It will mostly be used by technical specialists with a responsibility for biodiversity monitoring to establish and refine their systems. It is written at a technical level, but one that is not discipline-bound: it should be intelligible to anyone in the broad field with a tertiary education.
