The Scorpion and the Frog: a Natural Conspiracy

To deny that conspiracies exist is to deny history. While there are several chapters on traditional conspirators, from the Masons through the Bilderbergers, the book unveils the ideas that have unified conspiracies into a coherent rendition of evil. This book is an intellectual history of the City of God versus the City of Man, in the ultimate culture war. It does not take a cadre of men in some secret room to effect a unified conspiracy. Like the scorpion in the fable, their ideas become second nature to liberals, socialists, or communists and they act in accordance with their nature.

One of the best books on secret societies ever written. Webster was an historical writer who wrote a number of books on the French Revolution. After World War I she was intrigued with the Marxist revolt, so wrote World Revolution, examining how and why people continue to revolt. As her search went deeper, clear meanings surfaced behind our revolutionsand they involved an agenda by secret societies. This book lays out, in historical perspective, how these secret societies and subversive movements have operated from behind the scenes. Not all of them aspire to rule the world or manipulate politics or world currency, but there are some major ones, according to Webster, that are. As a respected writer and world historian, she provides proof from within these pages.

From Freemasons and Knights Templar, to Sons of Liberty, Black Hand, and Skull and Bones, these groups have been religious, political, nefarious or just plain silly, and now this special edition from LIFE unlocks the door to these secretive worlds. The Neutralized Church

The Neutralized Church offers an introduction to the answers to questions that many Christians are raising today. We have been manipulated into ignoring the obvious answers and dismissing the evidence of their truth, even though they have been readily available to all for generations. We reject and ignore those who defy political correctness and yet they speak the truth. The United States is in decline, and the US Dollar is now in jeopardy. Our educational system is falling further behind international competition, and our foreign policy has made us targets for hatred and unhappiness generated all over the planet. Morality has been abandoned, and powerful new government agencies have been cr...

This comprehensive study of the Great Recession and its consequences provides comparative analyses of the extent to which social concertation between government, unions, and employers varied over time and across European countries. This edited volume – a collaboration of international country experts – includes eight in-depth country case studies and analysis of European-level social dialogue. Further comparisons explore whether social concertation followed economic necessity, was dependent on political factors, or rather resulted from labour’s power resources. The importance of social partners’ involvement is again evident during the Covid-19 pandemic. Examining contemporary crises, the book will be of considerable interest to scholars and students of public and social policies, comparative political economy, and industrial relations – and more broadly to those following European and EU politics.

Democratic Enlightenment

Jonathan Israel's radical new account of the late Enlightenment highlights forgotten currents and figures. Rose City Books is honored to present this new edition of Augustin Barruel's, The Antisocial Conspiracy, the third volume from his History of Jacobinism. It's superbly translated from the 1798, London first edition, and handsomely formatted in the original layout style. Also included for historical reference is the 1798, British Critic (scholarly review of the third volume), plus single letters from Thomas Jefferson & George Washington, and five source images. Originally written in French, Barruel's massive authoritative work (four volumes in total) was completed in 1798. And the third volume was just making its way to the press (near the end of 1797), when Robison's Proofs of a Conspiracy was published. This third part details the hierarchy of the Bavarian Illuminati secret society, and its founder Adam Weishaupt.
