Who Am I? A species. A human with flesh and blood. An individual with virtues and flaws. Or an undiscovered spirit. Who Am I? Do I belong to this life that I am birthed in? Or am I bound to transcend the limitations of this life? What is my identity? Is how people identify me my reality or I have yet to find my identification? Who am I? It is a question of purpose. It is both a path-finder and a path-breaker. Or let's just put it like this- ‘this question ought to be a path-breaker to become a path-finder’. You see we are all looking for ourselves. Some are on the verge of finding themselves. Others have just begun the process. Furthermore, there is a section of people comfortable playing the identity imposed on them. Whatever, people’s state is. Everyone has an answer to this question and those who don't still choose to answer this with uncertainty. Who Am I, includes us in this life. Hence, 20 co-authors have come on board to address this question and share their understanding of themselves.
How both women and men are supposed to describe a man’s heart? Expression is usually a comfortable synonym for women. But men understand their hearts better. This dilemma captured the compiler’s mind when she was developing the anthology idea. Because if we look at the mask that men have to wear or they willingly wear. We cannot uncover a man’s heart. So how do we penetrate and not just predict the architecture of a man’s heart? If we predict we might limit ourselves to the masculinity in them and only talk about their pride, ego, strength, and responsibilities (not that writers haven’t talked about it) and other facades that men exhibit. Now, what if we try to tap into their feminine side? Which are their emotions, their way of expression, the way they feel loved, they reciprocate love and most importantly the way they love themselves? In this attempt, we can discover the various facets of men that we otherwise do not see. Therefore, A Man’s Heart is an exploration, where men and women have come together to deduce the man’s core.
Deciding for life and analysing life is a crucial need to journey to our deathbed. To fulfil this need we communicate with ourselves. Communication with oneself is known as intrapersonal communication an important typology of communication that takes us within. We say that our within is immaterial, invisible and must be felt. But here is the thing, feelings can be touched, heard and read. How? Through writing. ‘A Letter to Myself’, is an endeavour to connect our outside actions to the self with words. Writing down what triggers, settles, and excites us take us to the zenith of realisation, which can be overwhelming at first but a guiding force next. Writers' first job is to cater to their readers but since it is Valentine’s week, ‘A Letter to Myself’ is only meant to be a feel-good writing session for the writers. This anthology is meant to celebrate the unique selves of the writers who are given an opportunity to get vulnerable.
You follow hundreds of influencers, but do you follow the influencer within? You believe in the instincts of others, but do you believe in the intuition within? You look for expert advice outside, but have you ever realized that you are simply paralyzing your decision-making capacity by seeking bits of advice from others. You and I don't realize that there is an insane power simmering within. And that is where the mantra 'You! Are the Guiding light' comes in. To visualize this power, you and I need a medium of expression. That is why 40 writers have worked as a team to express the 'You' in them and silence the 'we' for a while. We are all a part of the human community. The only qualification...

Is it the shadow’s pride or plight? That has to be decided with the assistance of the divine expressions.
Once a content writing mentor mentioned that poetry is perception. To that the compiler added , perception that is waiting for an expression. However, then a thought arised in the compiler’s mind that perception is an understanding . But to decode the substance hidden in the understanding the need of interpretation arises. So does that mean that poetry is the organization of interpretations ? Close enough right! Now let’s ponder upon the next thought- what is the meaning of muse in the context of poetry? One meaning of muse can be to immerse in the interpretations. Because when we take a plunge into how , what and why we interpret we absorb into the perception better. Furthermore, the tactics we employ to carve a way to dive deep into a meaning we find our reflection that requires an expression. Therefore, poetry is a journey from perception to expression and the route we take to travel through the interpretive junctions is the muse. But when we combine poetry and muse we can conclude that poetry muse is the structuring of the interpretive journey. -Ishani Bhattacharya

I know that's what people say, you'll get over it. I'd say it too, but I know it's not true l. Oh you will be happy again, never fear, but you won't forget. Everytime you fall in love it will be because something from the past reminds you of them. - Betty Smith I think the hardest part of losing someone isn't having to say goodbye, but rather learning to live without them. Always trying to fill the void. The emptiness that's left inside your heart when they go. Losing the person you loved makes you realize that love can truly be a double-edged sword. It can make us feel so uniquely connected to the world and fill our hearts so they are overflowing. It can also slash our hearts to shreds, leaving painful emotion seeping out for a long time to come. The one who was there for you loved you and did the 'Thick and thin' because they believed in you, but now they are gone. "The Lost Love" is an anthology in which different authors have put on paper why they lost their love for all life and what they can do to reawaken it within us and cultivate that to the rest of the world.
