Wydawnictwo z okazji 40-lecia CNBOP-PIB. CNBOP-PIB jako jednostka organizacyjna PSP na stałe wpisała się w „krajobraz” tej wyjątkowej służby, podejmując działania, które bezpośrednio wpływają na sprawność i skuteczność ratowniczą. Doświadczenie specjalistów CNBOP to gwarancja wyższego poziomu bezpieczeństwa. Powodzenie akcji ratujących zdrowie, a nierzadko i życie zależy w dużej mierze od wyszkolenia służb ratowniczych oraz stopnia zaawansowania wykorzystywanych technologii. Oba te obszary od 40 lat rozwijane są przez specjalistów z CNBOP. Działania Centrum, od początku jego istnienia, ukierunkowane były na wdrożenia wyników prac badawczych, transfer wiedzy i technologii oraz rozwiązywanie praktycznych problemów i wyzwań w zakresie ochrony przeciwpożarowej, zarządzania kryzysowego, ochrony ludności i obrony cywilnej.
Analysis and Simulation of Electrical and Computer Systems
This book presents the selected results of the XI Scientific Conference Selected Issues of Electrical Engineering and Electronics (WZEE) which was held in Rzeszów and Czarna, Poland on September 27-30, 2013. The main aim of the Conference was to provide academia and industry to discuss and present the latest technological advantages and research results and to integrate the new interdisciplinary scientific circle in the field of electrical engineering, electronics and mechatronics. The Conference was organized by the Rzeszów Division of Polish Association of Theoretical and Applied Electrical Engineering (PTETiS) in cooperation with Rzeszów University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Rzeszów University, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

This book constitutes the 25th International Conference on Infrastructure and Environment (infraeco 2018) that focuses on rural problems connected with infrastructural equipment. Krzysztof Kieslowski’s untimely death came at the height of his career, after his Three Colors trilogy of films garnered international acclaim (and an Oscar nomination), and he had been proclaimed Europe’s most important filmmaker by many critics.
