James Thomas Williams, parents not listed, was born 4 Apr 1811 in Morgan County, Georgia. He married Julia Emaline Allen, parents not listed, about 1837 in Georgia. She was born 8 Jan 1815 in Georgia. They had 11 children. James died about 1883 in Heard County, Georgia, and Julia died there about 1886. Their descendants have lived in Georgia, Arkansas, Texas, Arizona, and other areas in the United States.
