Podstawy zarządzania kryzysowego cz. I
Zarządzanie kryzysowe w administracji publicznej to pierwsza część podręcznika Podstawy zarządzania kryzysowego, w której obszernie zaprezentowano zagadnienia dotyczące organizacyjno-prawnych i funkcjonalnych uwarunkowań zarządzania kryzysowego w administracji publicznej oraz ratownictwa w systemie zarządzania kryzysowego. Podręcznik adresowany jest do studentów kierunków: bezpieczeństwo narodowe, bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne, zarządzanie (zwłaszcza specjalność zarządzanie w jednostkach bezpieczeństwa), a także studiów administracyjnych oraz studiów podyplomowych. Wykorzystywany może też być jako pomoc dydaktyczna w realizacji doskonalenia zawodowego kadr administracji publicznej i jednostek bezpieczeństwa oraz przez pracowników naukowo-dydaktycznych. But is it possible to consciously create the worlds in which we want to live? This volume brings together systems theorists and practitioners who have worked on that question for decades.
