The Colorado Court of Appeals
The Court of Appeals has an interesting history, in that the court was created and dissolved by statute twice before the current court came to stay. Like the starting and stopping of the court itself, the writing of this book has been intermittent over the years. Jeannie Towle Mellinger actually signed off on her portion in 1988, and Molly Wingate stepped forward to bring the manuscript up to date in 2004.
