Spanning an entire century, the Anniversary Collection offers peer-reviewed scholarship in a wide range of subject areas.

Os textos aqui reunidos são, essencialmente, textos de um universitário dirigidos a universitários, e só foram escritos e lidos (foram escritos para ser lidos em público) porque o autor foi aluno e professor da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra. Estes textos constituem como que uma amostra de alguns dos acontecimentos que marcaram o seu percurso universitário nos últimos cinquenta anos. Uma boa parte deles foram publicados em revista. Outros saem a público em letra de Imprensa pela primeira vez. O autor resolveu publicá-los agora em conjunto para lhes dar nova vida, na esperança de dar um pouco de vida nova à sua vida "cansada da vida".
