Bei der Kaufkraft der Kunden ergab sich bei rezeptpflichtigen Arzneimittel und freiverkäuflichen Arzneimitteln ein gegenläufiger Effekt auf den jeweiligen Umsatzanteil der Apotheken. Die Innovationsneigung der Apotheker hat den stärksten Einfluss auf die Erfolgsparameter „Nettoumsatzentwicklung“ und „Umsatzrentabilität“.
