La dinámica boscosa y sus conductores se estudian inicialmente para 2001-2010 con un sensor de teledetección de resolución espacial grueso como lo es el MODIS. The Second IUPAC Symposium on the Characterization of Porous Solids (COPS-II) provided the opportunity for detailed discussion and appraisal of the most important techniques currently used for the characterization of porous materials, especially those of technological importance. The 82 selected papers and reviews contained in this volume are mainly concerned with the theoretical and experimental aspects of adsorption, fluid penetration, small-angle scattering and spectroscopic methods with their application in the study of adsorbents, catalysts, constructional materials, etc. Particular attention is given to the characterization of carbons, oxides, zeolites, clays, cement and polymers. This volume is an attempt at providing an index for the location of artists' biographies. It includes works in ten languages, and for each artist includes the following: the artist's name, dates, nationality, and media employed. A three-letter code is used to list the volume in the bibliography which includes the artists' biography. Entries include variant spellings, pseudonyms, and alternate names. Artists are also indexed under variant names. As an example, Leonardo da Vinci can be located under both "L" and "V", with appropriate cross references.
