A Inteligência Artificial e o Mínimo Informacional
Ao longo da história, o fluxo informacional vem sendo refinado e regulado, exigindo a observância de um processo que respeite os direitos e garantias relacionados ao devido processo informacional. No entanto, os avanços tecnológicos, especialmente nos sistemas de inteligência artificial, têm contribuído para um desalinhamento informacional individual e coletivo. A assimetria de informações causada pelo tratamento de dados pessoais, juntamente com a disseminação das novas tecnologias, pode ter consequências práticas que não apenas afetam as decisões individuais ou institucionais, mas também as influenciam, inclusive as do Estado.
