Intelligent Agents

This volume constitutes the proceedings of the third International Workshop on Static Analysis (WSA`93), held in Padova, Italy, in September 1993. ETAPS 2000 was the third instance of the European Joint Conferences on Theory and Practice of Software. ETAPS is an annual federated conference that was established in 1998 by combining a number of existing and new conferences.
