Hormonien ja huumeiden huuruissa Suomen dopingin kummisetä on värikäs kuvaus Jyrki Tepsan rikollisesta elämästä dopingaineiden myyntiverkoston pyörittäjänä. Laittomalla dopingkaupalla ansaitaan Suomessa vuosittain miljoonia euroja. Tämän alati kasvavan markkinan kummisetänä voidaan pitää Jyrki Tepsaa, joka tutustui itse dopingaineisiin voimailuharrastuksensa seurauksena. Tepsa kasvatti kaupankäyntiään määrätietoisesti 1980-luvulta lähtien ja tilaili lopulta dopingainelasteja Venäjältä, Baltiasta ja Balkanin maista saakka. Yhteistyökumppaneina Tepsalla oli muun muassa Venäjän mafia, jonka karskit toimintatavat tulivat hänelle hyvin tutuiksi. Suomen dopingin kummisedän tarina on täynnä rikoksia, päihteitä ja raakaa väkivaltaa mutta myös tragikoomisia tilanteita, ja se piirtää hätkähdyttävän kuvan dopingaineiden levinneisyydestä Suomessa.
The EU's Power in Inter-Organisational Relations
This book studies inter-organisational relations from a new angle: power. Drawing on examples that highlight how the EU relates to NATO and to the UN, it shows how consequential inter-organisational relations are for the functioning and nature of the organisations, and how important it is to detect the forms of power exerted in these relations.
