Das Multiprojektmanagement als übergeordneter Rahmen beinhaltet neben der erfolgreichen Durchführung von Einzelprojekten die Planung, Kontrolle und Steuerung einer gesamten Projektlandschaft auch die nachhaltige Etablierung – unterstützt durch den Aufbau von organisationalen Kompetenzen. Monika Harsch erläutert eine umfassende krankenhausspezifische Konzeption eines Multiprojektmanagements. Dafür nutzt sie bereits bestehende wissenschaftlich fundierte Konzepte, entwickelt sie weiter und bezieht spezifische Anforderungen für das Krankenhaus mit ein. Grundlage der Konzeption sind die Ergebnisse einer deutschlandweiten Befragung von Mitarbeitern und Geschäftsführern von Krankenhäusern zum Stand des gegenwärtigen Projektmanagements und zur Bedeutung von Elementen des Multiprojektmanagements.

Based on extensive original archival research and engagement with surviving images and objects, Róisín Watson compellingly demonstrates how Lutherans moved away from initial acts of iconoclasm and towards embracing the possibilities of the religious image in their devotional routines. She explores the interactions of Württemberg rulers, pastors, and congregations with their ecclesiastical spaces across the political upheavals of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. In doing so, this book tells not only the story of the visual culture of the Reformation, but an account of Württemberg’s Reformation itself.

This is the first extensive study of Strasbourg's diverse religious nonconformists beyond 1543, and the first to explore their continuities and discontinuities over two generations. Based on vast archival records in Strasbourg and secondary sources, it moves beyond the political and theological emphases of earlier works to include social history, portraits of village life, and the second generation to 1570. Derksen finds that second generation nonconformists were substantially different from the first.
