Melody Loves the Moon
The book "Melody loves the Moon" is about a girl named Melody and her friend the Moon. Melody loves talking to her friend the Moon every night. One night after Melody's parents tell her "it is time for bed", Melody did not want to stop talking to her friend the moon. Melody then says to the Moon "I Wish you would never leave my side, I wish my hands were big enough to take you out the sky". The Moon then goes on to explain to Melody why staying in the sky is so important and how taking the Moon out the sky would be selfish of her.
The War Within
The poems in this book are about the constant battle or the war within an addicts mind. The war of emotions and denial, the grief and the guilt. Encompasses the need to cling to mind altering substances, and also the need to let them go. These pages also go into the addicts mind when it comes to growth and empowerment of sobriety along with everyday struggles and happiness. The loss of love and redefining who a person is by love, laughter and tears. The beautiful blossom of a mother given a second chance. The growth that resides in all of these emotions properly expressed. A reminder to be kind and compassionate, to help instead of judging. Never ending is the struggle to be better than we were yesterday, never ending is the war within us all.
Dandelions Are Me
This is a poetry book I've written and it's about my life. This is about the circumstances, situations and challenges that I went through and then I've overcome. It touches on mental health addiction issues and just life struggles in general. If I help one person with this literature I've written, then it will be all worth it.

Peelings Layers of Me is the second addition to Dandelions Are Me. It touches on mental health especially on my personal feelings and life experiences. It explores growth, self-reflection. Honestly it captures feelings, emotions, heartfelt renditions that I know many can resonate with. My poems are pure, raw, and heartfelt. My goal is to reach as many people as possible with my authenticity.
Splatters of the Heart
Splatters of the Heart is a collection of poems written while I was in an emotionally and financially abusive place. The environment was toxic and operated like a church. Some of the poems written capture my feelings while I was there and some are a reflection of my experiences after I left. Writing poetry has always been an effective coping mechanism that I’ve used to express feelings of love and dissolve feelings of anger and confusion. Splatters of the Heart will give you a candid snapshot of my life and hopefully provide insight regarding my dismal experiences. Each poem is accompanied by a paint splatter to represent that sometimes life feels like spilled paint, but when it spills on a canvas, it’s art. I hope you enjoy the splatters of my heart.
