Based on providing visual representation of all functions and key pieces of content, What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) is the current interface design paradigm primarily used in personal computing machines. As we move into a world where computing power continues to increase, and we choose to decrease the physical size of our machines so that they will fit into our pockets, WYSIWYG will break.
