Rivera, two writers and veteran purveyors of art through theater, have teamed up to bring you "Tales of the Hidalgo Pump House". This book contains the play of the same title, along with a photo gallery of actors bringing the story to life on the stage. It features a short comic strip of supernatural beings and moments in the play illustrated and captioned by Mr. Rivera himself. The book closes with an ode to Hidalgo by Mr. Rivera.

During that time, their kinfolk Julio decides to go to school to get an education that some other Chicanos and Hispanics can't and become a member of the FBI and Special Drug Force, while everyone else around him gets involved with the Luciano crime family. While all of this is happening, the investigations sent Julio and the special task force deep into Mexico to find the roots of the drug trade. They encounter the god of the drug lords, the Green Serpent, that eventually leads to their arrests. Overall, education is the key to success.
