Cumpriu-me a feliz tarefa de prefaciar a obra intitulada “Estudos Hermenêuticos em homenagem ao Prof. Dr. Lenio Streck”. Este livro é resultado do trabalho que vem sendo desenvolvido pelo Professor Lenio Luiz Streck no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Direito da Universidade Estácio de Sá (PPGD/UNESA), que tenho a honra e a satisfação de coordenar. Ao longo dos anos, Lenio Streck tem encantado gerações de juristas, com seu brilho, sua cultura e sua perspicácia.
