I videogame cambiano la società e viceversa, in un continuo fluire di tendenze, interferenze, condizionamenti, contaminazioni. La cultura del gioco continua a crescere e influenzerà sempre di più le nostre vite. Classificare questo fenomeno come una “moda passeggera” significa escludersi da un’evoluzione. È certo che i videogiochi, con ormai più di mezzo secolo di storia alle spalle, abbiano un impatto positivo e dovrebbero essere trattati con la dovuta attenzione. Possiamo dire che sono un medium, forse il medium per eccellenza insieme ai social, e in quanto tale sono un veicolo per messaggi, contenuti e idee. In questo libro ci ragioneremo insieme.
