The project has produced information on the best practices and put together a situational picture on the evaluation of the impacts of youth organisation activities in different Nordic countries. The best practices will provide good suggestions for youth organisations on how to improve the quality of their activities, while a broader situational picture will create added value especially for public administration.

Kirjassa kerrotaan Non Fighting Generation ry:n jo 18 vuoden ajan toteuttamasta valtakunnallisesta väkivallattomuustoiminnasta nuorten parissa. Hankkeessa tuotettiin tietoa hyvistä käytännöistä ja muodostettiin tilannekuva nuorisojärjestöjen toiminnan vaikutusten arvioinnista eri Pohjoismaissa. Hyvät käytännöt tarjoavat nuorisojärjestöille hyviä ehdotuksia toiminnan laadun parantamiseksi, kun taas laajempi tilannekuva tuottaa lisäarvoa erityisesti julkishallinnolle.

Available online: https://pub.norden.org/temanord2023-532/ Syftet med projektet “Utvärdering och övervakning av ungdomsorganisationernas verksamhet i Norden - vad kan vi lära oss bland de nordiska länderna?” var att identifiera varje nordiska lands bästa praxis för utvärdering och kvalitetsövervakning av ungdomsorganisationer. Projektet har gett information om bästa praxis och sammanställt en situationsbild av utvärderingen av effektiviteten hos ungdomsorganisationers verksamhet i olika nordiska länder. Dessa bästa praxis ger upphov till goda förslag för ungdomsorganisationer om hur de kan förbättra kvaliteten på sin verksamhet, samtidigt som en mer omfattande situationsbild skapar mervärde särskilt för den offentliga förvaltningen.
Innovative Wastewater Treatment & Resource Recovery Technologies: Impacts on Energy, Economy and Environment
This book introduces the 3R concept applied to wastewater treatment and resource recovery under a double perspective. Firstly, it deals with innovative technologies leading to: Reducing energy requirements, space and impacts; Reusing water and sludge of sufficient quality; and Recovering resources such as energy, nutrients, metals and chemicals, including biopolymers. Besides targeting effective C,N&P removal, other issues such as organic micropollutants, gases and odours emissions are considered. Most of the technologies analysed have been tested at pilot- or at full-scale. Tools and methods for their Economic, Environmental, Legal and Social impact assessment are described. The 3R concept is also applied to Innovative Processes design, considering different levels of innovation: Retrofitting, where novel units are included in more conventional processes; Re-Thinking, which implies a substantial flowsheet modification; and Re-Imagining, with completely new conceptions. Tools are presented for Modelling, Optimising and Selecting the most suitable plant layout for each particular scenario from a holistic technical, economic and environmental point of view.

Constructions of Gender in Religious Traditions of Late Antiquity
This volume examines questions concerning the construction of gender and identity in the earliest days of what is now Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Methodologically explicit, the contributions analyze textual and material sources related to these religious traditions in their cultural contexts.
