John Talley Jr. was born sometime prior to the year 1773. He was the son of John Talley Sr. and Marguerite Sharp. John Jr. married Anna Magee 23 November 1809. They lived in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana and were the parents of eleven children. John Jr. died 28 February 1834 in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
