SIM Mike Read of Norwich, England competed at Correspondence Chess from 1978 until 2000. This book contains 120 of his best and most interesting games, with at least one encounter from every tournament in which he ever took part. He was British Junior Champion in 1981 and 1982, became an International Master (IM) in 1995, and a Senior International Master (SIM) in 1999. He played 115 games for the Great Britain and England teams including playing for England in two Olympiads, two European Team Championships and two North Atlantic Teams Tournaments.
