Um die Rolle der Literatur in der »Konservativen Revolution« möglichst vielseitig zu beleuchten, gliedert sich der Band in vier Teile: Im ersten Teil werden die literarischen Muster und Vordenker der »Konservativen Revolution« untersucht. Im zweiten Teil wird gefragt, welche sprachlichen und rhetorischen Neuprägungen sich in den Schriften der »Konservativen Revolutionäre« entdecken lassen. Der dritte Teil geht den persönlichen Kontakten, dem schriftlich dokumentierten Gedankenaustausch sowie den gemeinsam realisierten Publikationsprojekten nach. Der vierte Teil widmet sich schließlich der Rezeption des Gedankengutes der »Konservativen Revolution« nach 1945.
