El objetivo de Salud mental y física en ambientes educativos es compartir experiencias y sentar bases para diseñar estrategias de educación para corregir malos hábitos que afectan la salud mental y física de los estudiantes. Asimismo, trata del acoso laboral al personal que labora en las instituciones académicas; y se describe el efecto en el peso corporal en los estudiantes por el consumo de bebidas azucaradas; además trata sobre intervención educativa para mejorar la autoestima en estudiantes.
