Dr. Neal has held pastorates in the New Orleans, La. area, Chicago, Ill., Detroit, Mich., San Diego, Calif. and 29 years at the Community Church in King City, California. He holds a B.A., M.Div. and Ph.D and is currently president of Foundation for Living.
