It begins with an overview of the language & cultural groups found in the Territories and how the education system is organized & governed. It then presents and discusses educational indicators in five sections: context indicators such as population & official language groups; input indicators that describe what resources, such as funding, go into the education system; process indicators that describe activities resulting from use & management of those resources, such as program access & participation; output indicators that describe students' development while still in school, including student performance, course completion, and school completion; and outcome indicators that describe the indirect impact of education after leaving school, such as earnings by educational level.
