Setiap individu akan berada di dalam sebuah organisasi tempat untuk menyalurkan keahlian, hobi, bakat hingga sampai pada menapaki jenjang karir. Bekerja dengan optimal agar eksistensi organisasinya tetap diakui walau berada di tengah dunia usaha yang semakin ketat. Di era industri 4.0, semua organisasi harus mawas diri, harus siap dengan tantangan zaman agar tetap bisa bersaing dengan organisasi lainnya. Namun faktanya banyak organisasi yang mengalami kesulitan berkembang, tidak bisa mengikuti perkembangan zaman apalagi di masa pandemik covid-19 hingga sampai pada akhirnya memutuskan untuk tidak beroperasional kembali. Anggota organisasi seharusnya dapat bekerja dengan sepenuh hati, aktif terlibat dan mempunyai rasa memiliki untuk organisasinya agar tetap berdiri kokoh. Hal ini terangkum pada istilah “komitmen”.
