This second book; Teachings From The Heart A Continuing Journey, takes off where the first one left off. Although the dates may only reflect coverage of 2008, there is information within that has been gathered for the past four years through inspiration and channeled sessions. It will bring you up to date on many of the Teachings that not only began in book one, but new ones as well. This journey takes you from the understanding of who you are, Spirit, to living that understanding in your daily life. Life Span Human Development

The word channel means a conduit for something to move from one destination to another. When I first heard the term to channel or channeler, I didn't really understand what it meant. I soon found out that a channel is someone who allows himself or herself to be that conduit from one realm of the vast universe (or universes) to another.
