Visuality of the Anthropocene
This book presents contributions of students of the course "Science Writing and Journalism" of the Department of Communication and Design at Bilkent University in Ankara. They created posters and popular texts about renewable energies and related topics. Gedurende een erfpacht van bijna honderd jaar is deze tuin liefdevol vormgegeven en onderhouden door de familie Wittebroodt. Het verhaal begint bij generaal Arthur Wittebroodt en eindigt in 2020, wanneer zijn kleinzoon Christian er noodgedwongen en met spijt in het hart afscheid van neemt. Als laatste van de erfpachthouders brengt Christian Wittebroodt het relaas van een merkwaardige symbiose tussen de tuin en de familie. Hij geeft een gloedvol verslag van zijn avontuur als rentmeester en verzorger van de tuin en als curator van tentoonstellingen waarin hij op zoek ging naar het mysterie dat natuur en kunst met elkaar delen. Microbes
