Integrated Computer Technologies in Mechanical Engineering - 2021
The International Scientific and Technical Conference “Integrated Computer Technologies in Mechanical Engineering” – Synergetic Engineering (ICTM) was established by National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute”. The Conference ICTM’2021 was held in Kharkiv, Ukraine, during October 28–29, 2021. During this conference, technical exchanges between the research community were carried out in the forms of keynote speeches, panel discussions, as well as special session. In addition, participants were treated to a series of receptions, which forge collaborations among fellow researchers. ICTM’2021 received 203 papers submissions from different countries. Target Groups ICTM was formed to bring together outstanding researchers and practitioners in the field of information technology in the design and manufacture of engines; creation of rocket space systems, aerospace engineering from all over the world to share their experience and expertise.
Lectures on Entire Functions
As a brilliant university lecturer, B. Ya. Levin attracted a large audience of working mathematicians and of students from various levels and backgrounds. For approximately 40 years, his Kharkov University seminar was a school for mathematicians working in analysis and a center for active research. This monograph aims to expose the main facts of the theory of entire functions and to give their applications in real and functional analysis. The general theory starts with the fundamental results on the growth of entire functions of finite order, their factorization according to the Hadamard theorem, properties of indicator and theorems of Phragmen-Lindelof type.
Spectral Theory of Operators
Containing the proceedings of the Fourteenth School on Operators in Functional Spaces, this volume focuses on the spectral theory of differential operators. The emphasis is on estimates of the number of negative eigenvalues of elliptic differential operators and on the analysis of asymptotical distribution of eigenvalues. Leading Soviet specialists in this area provide an excellent overview of some of the major problems in the field.

The book also includes the first English-language translations of Bagritskii's major works, along with rare archival photographs documenting the trajectory of his life and career.
