Tables of Excitations of Proton-and Neutron-Rich Unstable Nuclei

Volume I/19C is the last in the series of reports on properties of bound excited states of all nuclei. It contains a compilation of parameters of excited states of proton-rich and neutron-rich nuclei derived from reactions other than transfer reactions, e.g. beta-decay, spallation reactions, or inverse reactions. No systematic compilation of such data has been performed so far. The present compilation was prepared by two eminent experts in the fields.

Nuclei with Z=55...100

Volume I/22B is the second of two volumes dedicated to nuclear binding energies and atomic masses of all nuclei. Related properties like the separation energies of single nucleons, or groups of nucleons, Q-values of alpha and beta nuclear reactions, and parameters of the residual interaction between nucleons, are considered as well. Also the experimental values are compared to the results of various model calculations. This comparison of experimental and theoretical results may help in the further development of nuclear theory. The data presented will also be of great significance for astrophysics and the understanding of the production of elements in the early universe. The present compilat...

Volume I/25B is the second one in a series of volumes on the properties of the excited states of all nuclei. The data presented are collected from all kinds of nuclear reactions, including measurements of reactions with neutrons and γ-rays not yet fully considered in previous compilations. The nuclei considered also comprise nuclei far from the stability line. The properties of excited nuclear states are of importance for scientific and practical applications. No systematic compilation of such data has been performed so far. The present compilation has been prepared by eminent experts in the field. One of the characteristics of Landolt-Börnstein is that data are evaluated before they are a...

Volume I/26A is presenting newly published neutron resonance parameters for nuclei ranging from Hydrogen (Z=1) to Californium (Z=98) supplementing data published in previous Landolt-Börnstein volumes. The quality and precision of the data have been improved considerably. The data were compiled by two eminent experts in the field who undertook great efforts to compare data from different laboratories to present "best values". Accurate neutron resonance parameters embody an important contribution to improve nuclear data for a variety of applications such as the design and safe operation of nuclear reactors, the development of advanced energy production technologies, transmutation of nuclear w...

The present volume I/25G is providing new data (excitation energies, spin-parities, half-lifes, branching ratios, cross-sections, spectroscopic factors, etc.) for nuclei with atomic numbers Z ranging from 1 (H) to 53 (I) published in 2012-2013, thus updating previous compilations provided in the Landolt-Börnstein volumes I/25A-F. The data presented are collected from all kinds of nuclear reactions, including data for nuclei far from the stability line. Since the time of collection of data for the volumes I/25A-F many new data appeared from new measurements and evaluations. The properties of excited nuclear states are of importance for scientific and practical applications. No systematic compilation of such data has been performed so far. The present compilation has been prepared by two eminent experts in the field. One of the characteristics of Landolt-Börnstein is that data are evaluated before they are accepted for compilation. The idea is to present ‘best values’ which can be used with confidence by non-experts.

The present volume I/25H is providing new data (excitation energies, spin-parities, half-lifes, branching ratios, cross-sections, spectroscopic factors, etc.) for nuclei with atomic numbers Z ranging from 54 (Xe) to 105 (Db) published in 2013-2014, thus updating previous compilations provided in the Landolt-Börnstein volumes I/25A-F. The data presented are collected from all kinds of nuclear reactions, including data for nuclei far from the stability line. Neutron Resonance Parameters

Parameters of neutron resonances are finding increasing interest, not only for scientific problems like the understanding of astrophysical processes but even more so for applications. For the construction and the safety of conventional nuclear reactors such data are essential and for new developments like the thorium-uranium cycle or for nuclear waste transmutation they are indispensible. Since the last publication of neutron resonance parameters at Landolt-Börnstein in 2004, the quality and precision of the data has been considerably improved, partly by the operation of new neutron spectrometers, e.g., the CERN time-of-flight facility recently put into operation and also by the use of new ...
