Port Refuge is a small bay on the south coast of Grinnell Peninsula, Devon Island, in the High Arctic. Archaeological work between 1972 and 1977 recovered remains of several prehistoric occupations of this area, which are ascribed to the Independence I, Pre-Dorset, Independence II/early Dorset, late Dorset and Thule cultures.
