This book offers a collection of original peer-reviewed contributions presented at the 8th International Congress on Design and Modeling of Mechanical Systems (CMSM’2019), held in Hammamet, Tunisia, from the 18th to the 20th of March 2019. Les poils du dromadaire tunisien
En Tunisie, le dromadaire "camelus dromadarius" constitue une source de viande, de lait, de cuir et de poils pour plusieurs habitants des regions du sud. Cependant, le poil de dromadaire n'est actuellement exploite qu'a l'echelle artisanale. En plus, l'evaluation du potentiel textile des poils de dromadaire est un domaine d'investigation qui n'a ete que peu aborde comme en temoigne le faible nombre d'articles et d'ouvrages sur le sujet. Ainsi, ce livre, qui resume les resultats des travaux de recherche menees au sein du Laboratoire de Genie Textile de l'ISET de Ksar Hellal, Universite de Monastir, durant les dix dernieres annees dans ce domaine, permet une meilleure comprehension du comportement de la fibre de dromadaire et par consequent l'apport d'elements de reponse pour une eventuelle exploitation a l'echelle industrielle. Aussi, cet ouvrage sera utile pour les filateurs et les investisseurs interesses par l'exploitation industrielle de cette fibre et le marketing des produits en poils de dromadaire."
Modélisation de la Torsion Des Textiles Linéaires
Ce travail consiste à développer un modèle numérique par éléments finis qui permet d'étudier le comportement à la torsion des fils textiles tout en prenant en considération les différents paramètres tels que la loi de comportement, la section des filaments, la valeur de la torsion, le nombre de filaments par section droite, etc. D'emblée nous visons à trouver une formule de calcul reliant la valeur de la torsion, l'angle de torsion et le Nm du fil pour une éventuelle utilisation sur une large fourchette de grosseurs de fil. La recherche a été menée au Laboratoire de Génie Textile (LGT) de l'institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologiques de Ksar Hellal (Monastir, Tunisie) en collaboration avec le Laboratoire de Génie Mécanique (LGM) de l'Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Monastir.
Modelisation Du Froissement Des Tissus Textiles
Cet ouvrage a traite la modelisation numerique du froissement des tissus textiles, genere par la methode du cylindre creux moyennant le code de calcul ABAQUS et en profitant des proprietes mecaniques des tissus. Ceci nous a amene a la realisation d'un cadre articule avec un nouveau systeme de fixation de l'echantillon qui est dedie a des essais de relaxation en cisaillement des etoffes textiles tissees. Suite a la realisation de ces essais pour les tissus que nous avons consideres, nous avons deduit qu'ils ont une loi de comportement viscoelastique lineaire. En plus, nous avons considere le modele geometrique tridimensionnel avec un chemin d'integration dynamique explicite, cinq etapes de calcul ainsi que les conditions aux limites correspondantes. Par la suite, nous avons presente les resultats numeriques obtenus suite a la simulation numerique du froissement pour toutes les etapes de calcul.La caracterisation du froissement numerique obtenu a ete etablie par l'analyse de la normale a la surface. Et finalement, nous avons mene une etude parametrique pour distinguer les parametres influancant la froissabilite des etoffes tissees."
