Five short Irish fables by an Irishman that started to write very late in life. Tom O'Halloran was a Galway Irishman who became a doctor and emigrated to Canada and Western Montana in the USA. He was a small town physician at heart with a gentle, teasing wit and cared for all. He had a large family, raised horses, and was loved by all. These stories are fairy tales with an Irish twist that draw on his knowledge of Irish myth and characters from his days of growing up in Ireland between World Wars.
