Item is a minute book for the Village of Thorold, Ontario, for the years 1850-1856. Minute book includes Acts and by-laws passed for the Village of Thorold. The first Act appearing in the book is dated March 14, 1850, "An Act to Establish a Corporate Seal for the Village of Thorold". Stamped on the pages is the seal for the "Village of Thorold, M.U. Corp., Hydraulic Power".
