Jugendarbeitslosigkeit in der Bundesrepublik
Nach einer langen Phase weitgehender Vollbeschäftigung setzte Mitte der 1970er Jahre in der Bundesrepublik wie in vielen anderen westlichen Staaten eine unerwartete Massenarbeitslosigkeit ein. Besonderes Aufsehen in Politik und Öffentlichkeit erregte die damit verbundene Jugendarbeitslosigkeit. Die ungewohnten Krisenerscheinungen des Arbeitsmarktes für Jugendliche, die im internationalen Vergleich freilich auf relativ moderatem Niveau blieben, wurden nach und nach zu einem Dauerzustand. Thomas Raithel untersucht erstmals aus zeithistorischer Perspektive die Entwicklung der bundesdeutschen Jugendarbeitslosigkeit während der 1970er und 1980er Jahre und analysiert ihre Wahrnehmung und Bekämpfung.
Konstruktivistische Analysen der internationalen Politik
Wird die Außen- und internationale Politik alleine von nationalen Interessen und militärischer Macht dominiert?
