ICPSY 2018 (International Conference on Biopsychosocial Issues in 2018) an Inter-multidiciplinary Approach was held to achieve the vision of the faculty of Psychology: becoming an academic community of psychology that is beneficial to multicultural communities with a biopsychosocial approach based on Christian values: love, justice and honesty. It is a pleasure to present these Proceedings of the First International Seminar and Wokshop on Biopsycology, which will be of interest to all concerned with the scientific aspects of this area. This new book deals with recent advanced research on natural products and health-promoting foods that work to reduce the risk of diseases while enhancing overall well-being. Plant-based functional foods are known to contain compounds (also referred to as phytochemicals) in the leaves, stems, flowers, and fruits of certain plants. These plant products are drawing the attention of researchers because of their demonstrated beneficial effects against disease, particularly diabetes, hypertension, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, among others. The medicinal and nutritional use of plant secondary metabolites is a hot topic and has been receiving extensive attention from both health professionals and the public. In recent years there have been dramatic changes in the public perception of gasoline, or petrol, mainly as a result of concern about the environment. This has necessitated changes in the composition of the fuel itself, such that modified fuel is now mandatory in certain parts of the USA. These reduced-emission fuels have now reached Europe and elsewhere. Motor Gasoline provides the latest information on the legislation and technology involved for oil companies producing motor fuel, while looking at the implications for the industry and the benefits for the environment.
