A presente coletânea busca favorecer os estudos e reflexões sobre a formação de professores, quer seja inicial ou continuada, a partir do entrecruzamento entre temas que envolvem docência, memórias e experiências, em uma visada contemporânea de caráter crítico e tendo como base a realidade brasileira, que abrange diferentes contornos da formação de professores, produzidos socialmente, em tempo e lugar singulares de cada sujeito, os quais favorecem a apreensão e o alargamento conceitual do campo e dos estudos sobre a formação docente. Assim, nossa coletânea caracteriza- se, antes de tudo, por ser uma unidade composta por variadas e potentes diferenças, constituída pelas experiências reais de seus autores.
Formação Continuada de professores e práticas pedagógicas
O décimo sexto volume da Coleção Educação considera que a formação continuada dos professores é um processo constante, principalmente no contexto contemporâneo, que está sempre em processo de mutação, não se mantendo estático. A temática saberes docentes tem mobilizado muitas pesquisas no contexto educacional. Este livro, porém, trouxe para a discussão, a partir de um estudo realizado com professoras da Educação Infantil, por meio de observações das atividades que estas realizavam com seus alunos, identificar quais os saberes da docência eram mobilizados no desenvolvimento das práticas pedagógicas e diante disso analisar esses saberes revelados. Elegemos, para essa verificação, o Saber Didático Curricular e o Saber Pedagógico como apoio e buscamos, por meio de recortes de episódios feitos das observações das práticas pedagógicas, discutir os conceitos de saberes da docência, inseridos nas atividades de organização da rotina, roda da conversa, na relação professor(a) e aluno(a), saber pedagógico e na prática pedagógica. Esperamos com este livro contribuir no sentido de ampliarmos a discussão sobre a temática, identificando os saberes da docência e a discussão em torno da necessidade de formação do professor de Educação infantil, visando principalmente auxiliar na construção da identidade docente dessa etapa educativa.
