A pesquisa se fundamentou no órgão público “Instituto Criança”, implantado há dois anos com o intuito de auxiliar no aprendizado das pessoas com falta de visão, com impressões em braille. Vale ressaltar que no município apenas esse órgão possui publicações em braille.
