Are you a teen who is looking for a book to share your inner thoughts in a positive way? I know the last couple of years have impacted your mental health and well-being in so many ways. First, it was the pandemic, and now it is the cost-of-living crisis and other global challenges. Many of you then lost your voice and the art of effectively communicating face-to-face due to fearful internal thoughts. Through conversations with my students and other teens, it became evident that they needed more than just academic learning. They needed tools to reconnect with their inner self, to find their voice, and to express themselves in a way that resonates with others, including their parents or carers. I hope you will be inspired to write and share your quotes with others as you read this book. I would like to thank the class of 2024, who, without you, this book would not have been written. Now is your time to spread your wings and fly.
