About 2,500,000 BC the cave people, the Paleolithic, might have began to experiment with gods and controlling natural phenomenon by vying for the favor of the imaginary gods that they over time envisioned and embellished. These same cave people invented all sorts of gods and passed them through history dragging their primitive beliefs with them to humanity and to their predecessors. Then these predecessors did the same sort of embellishing and dragging to their descendents affecting all other descendents as it went through time and then over and over again. During these millions of years these people passed these ideals onto their offspring and these offspring passed them off to their offspr...

Religion$ Hide the Real Jesus

This book, RELIGION$, is Carl Jones Sr.'s attempt to wrap my mind around the world's view of religion and maybe help others to see how the major world's religions have turned a selfless, ultra moral human into a stooge to be used to collect money and subjugate humanity. It seems that today Jesus has been co-opted by people who wish to make others believe that Jesus has fantastic powers. That it is his job to provide not only spiritual but material wealth to those who seek and accept him. They use the awe-inspiring power of the Jesus they've invented to gain material wealth for themselves. This has, sadly, turned today's churches into nothing more than money changers, out to desperately get a...

Religion$ Hide the Real Jesus

One reason religion is so vibrant and prolific, it is the opinion of even competing reward and punishment religions that it is better to seek God even if in another religion. But I would think, knowing the real Jesus as I do, all "whatever we are called after we die" will be treated and result in much the same thing. But it might matter more about the morality laid out by the real Jesus than by any magical process. It might. Be that humanity has a better chance of being ultra moral by not belonging to any earthly religion.

A fun little treatise of a sad but could be all too true in this strange and startling world. Set in a very depressing and all too real harsh world that exists between the real and the illusive sub world that hides itself behind our real but illusive one. Yes it is intended to be a comic.

Rudy the Rangifer and Why Her Nose Turned Orange

It's Christmas and Gramma and Grampa are going to the North Pole to visit Santa. They are excited, especially Gramma whom simply loves to travel. Grampa is excited as well and because of this and other things he injures his nose while trying on his turtle-neck long underwear. Because of his injury his nose glows orange when ever he is excited or emotional. Their journey to the North pole includes different modes of transportation; planes, trains and automobiles as well as an Alaskan dog-sled. When they arrive at the Santa Castle everyone is ecstatic, they are surrounded by reindeer in all modes of learning to fly and are competing for the position of Main-reindeer to pull Santa's sleigh on Christmas eve. Grampa meets one little reindeer, Rodolfo, and inadvertently passes off his injury to her. Soon her nose is also glowing orange whenever she is excited or emotional but it turns out to be a blessing in disguise. Another of Grampa Jones' educational, exciting, and interesting stories for kids of all ages. This is a great first reader for kids or to read to them before going to sleep.
