La violencia urbana la tenemos en frente, pero es tan inmediata que casi no la vemos. Nos enfrentamos a repertorios de violencia asociados a antiguos y nuevos actores armados que han provocado en ciudades colombianas: desplazamiento forzado intraurbano, desapariciones forzadas, asesinatos selectivos, la mal llamada “limpieza social”, violencia sexual y violencia contra la diversidad de género, boleteo, extorsión, control sobre los ciudadanos, confinamiento en barrios o comunas, control o instrumentalización de combos y pandillas juveniles, corrupción y lucha por el control del territorio y de los mercados ilegales.
