Els tests psicològics, educatius i ocupacionals són una de les tecnologies més desenvolupades amb què comptem en psicologia i resulten útils en múltiples àmbits de l'activitat professional en psicologia i en educació. N'hi ha una gran varietat, es renoven constantment i han de complir requisits de qualitat molt exigents. Per mitjà d'aquest text es pretén proporcionar les claus per al seu ús responsable. Això implica formació tant en els aspectes ètics com en els aspectes tècnics que estan involucrats en l'ús de tests.
