Figura que ha sido posible gracias al progreso tecnológico, que ha permitido la convocatoria sencilla a gran cantidad de personas a través de plataformas virtuales, sumado a la progresiva aceptación por el público de los fenómenos de economía colectiva y, también, la reducción o inexistencia de fuentes de financiamiento públicas o privadas para ciertas iniciativas de pequeña o relativamente pequeña entidad. Igualmente, se analiza un nuevo tipo societario del derecho argentino que deja en manos de sus socios su propio diseño normativo: la Sociedad por Acciones Simplificada, que parte de los principios jurídicos de libertad contractual y autonomía normativa, y que tiene como premisa la eficiencia en la estructuración jurídica del negocio societario.

Global Change and Baltic Coastal Zones
Climate change and ongoing transformation processes in economy and agriculture will have strong and multiple impacts in the Baltic region. In particular coastal zones face increasing hazards, e.g. due to sea level rise or changes in riverine nutrient loads and eutrophication. These changes also offer a wide range of new opportunities in the Baltic Region. Adaptation measures are needed but require a thorough and spatially differentiated understanding of underlying ecological, economic and social processes. Sixteen contributions by authors from eight countries give a comprehensive overview of these changes, their consequences and practical challenges with focus on coastal zones. Besides risks, the chances and opportunities of changes for the region are addressed and adaptation examples and strategies are given.
