Dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab sebagai bahasa asing pertama yang diperkenalkan kepada siswa, guru adalah model yang ditiru siswa dalam menggunakan bahasa arab. Oleh karena itu, keterampilan bahasa lisan dan keterampilan tulisan dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab harus diajarkan untuk menghindari salah pengertian dan juga untuk memberi kesempatan seluasluasnya kepada siswa untuk mengunakan bahasa arab.
