This report presents the methodology and results from an evaluation of the 1980 FBI National Academy, an 11-week course of middle-management training for law enforcement officers from various agencies throughout the Nation. The overall aim of the FBI National Academy is to train attending officers as executives, administrators, investigators, and instructors to raise the standard and proficiency of law enforcement at all levels.
