Jihadism Revisited
Studying Jihadism is an endeavor facing several problems. For many researchers and the reading public it is difficult to accept that Jihadists do have a theology of their own and not some kind of ideology. Understanding that a phenomenon of communication that is done to a large extent in Arabic is not to be understood if research is done communication translated into or written in English. Saying it is al out there in the Internet without understanding Internet communication will help to understand terrorist phenomena like Jihadism. Ignoring that there is Jihadism IS and al-Qa'ida will guarantee that research will not be able to see the broad range of Jihadism. Last but not least, research not interested in the technologies, practices, etc., Jihadists use to commit terrorist attacks, cannot claim to study Jihadism. The contributions in this book provide knowledge in all these fields: based on Arabic language sources, theological aspects, Internet communication, groups usually ignored, the role of infographics, technical aspects, and covert and intelligence actions.
ECCWS 2020 19th European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security
These proceedings represent the work of contributors to the 19th European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security (ECCWS 2020), supported by University of Chester, UK on 25-26 June 2020. The Conference Co-chairs are Dr Thaddeus Eze and Dr Lee Speakman, both from University of Chester and the Programme Chair is Dr Cyril Onwubiko from IEEE and Director, Cyber Security Intelligence at Research Series Limited. ECCWS is a well-established event on the academic research calendar and now in its 19th year the key aim remains the opportunity for participants to share ideas and meet. The conference was due to be held at University of Chester, UK, but due to the global Covid-19 pandemic it was moved online to be held as a virtual event. The scope of papers will ensure an interesting conference. The subjects covered illustrate the wide range of topics that fall into this important and ever-growing area of research.

Introduction to Designing Environments
The Designing Environments book series addresses questions regarding necessary environmental transformation in the context of the fast-unfolding environmental crisis. This is done from a broad interdisciplinary perspective, examining the negative impact of human transformations of the environment and providing different inroads towards sustainable environmental transformation with net positive impact. Volume one of the Designing Environments book series brings together experts from different disciplines and often inter- and transdisciplinary contexts, who discuss specific approaches to overcoming the negative impact of the transformation of environments by humans. Across the 12 chapters of volume one, specific keywords recur that are indicative of shared insights and concerns. These include Anthropocene, climate change, complexity, critical zone, ecosystem services, and sustainability. Furthermore, interdisciplinary approaches to human–environment interactions, sustainability transitions, and socio-ecological systems take center stage and are discussed in relation to conceptual and methodological as well as societal and technological challenges and opportunities.
Hildegard of Bingen and Musical Reception
Since her death in 1179, Hildegard of Bingen has commanded attention in every century. In this book Jennifer Bain traces the historical reception of Hildegard, focusing particularly on the moment in the modern era when she began to be considered as a composer. Bain examines how the activities of clergy in nineteenth-century Eibingen resulted in increased veneration of Hildegard, an authentication of her relics, and a rediscovery of her music. The book goes on to situate the emergence of Hildegard's music both within the French chant restoration movement driven by Solesmes and the German chant revival supported by Cecilianism, the German movement to reform Church music more generally. Engaging with the complex political and religious environment in German speaking areas, Bain places the more recent Anglophone revival of Hildegard's music in a broader historical perspective and reveals the important intersections amongst local devotion, popular culture, and intellectual activities.

Mushrooms recognised as edible have been collected and cultivated for many years. In the Nordic countries, the interest for eating mushrooms has increased. In order to ensure that Nordic consumers will be supplied with safe and well characterised, edible mushrooms on the market, this publication aims at providing tools for the in-house control of actors producing and trading mushroom products. The report is divided into two volumes: a. Volume I: “Mushrooms traded as food - Nordic questionnaire and guidance list for edible mushrooms suitable for commercial marketing b. Volume II: Background information, with general information in section 1 and in section 2, risk assessments of more than 100 mushroom species All mushrooms on the lists have been risk assessed regarding their safe use as food, in particular focusing on their potential content of bioactive constituents.
