The president's report includes the activities of the Lincoln Historical Society. The society held quarterly meetings, as well as attending the annual meeting of the Ontario Historical Society. The society first met in 1927, with the first meetings held in the county buildings. The report was written by F. [Fred] R. Parnell, President.
